News - 2010 MotoGP French round : D-7
05/13/2010

We lived a volcanic season start ! First Valentino Rossi set fire to the race in Qatar after Casey Stoner crashed as he was leading the race. At Jerez, Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa struggled for a home race victory until the last turn. The "Fanstastic Four" are fit for fight this year again. Maybe with a light advantage for the Yamaha factory riders.

Among the rookies, Ben Spies is certainly the one who has the best machinery and seems to be in the best position to make an excellent first full season. As for the Frenchmen, one expects a confirmation of his improvements fromRandy de Puniet after a good season 2009. Well settled at Lucio Cecchinello's, he holds all the cards to success. In the new Moto2 class, Jules Cluzel already battled at the front, with former MotoGP riders Toni Elias and Yuki Takahashi.

So the MotoGP caravan is about to land in Le Mans for the third round of the championship, as the Japanese GP was postponed to October. If everything goes well, the summer updates' content promises to be rich once again : new profiles and updates for MotoGP and Moto2 riders. Let's be patient...
